New Projects and bargains

I found some Christmas mark downs at Michael's Arts & Crafts....these blank notecards, 8 cards and envelopes per pack for 40 cents each. They have knitting on the front. I thought they would be perfect to hold crochet snowflakes in for next year as gifts. The little scottie dogs are stick on rhinestones, 40 cents each too. I really like scottie dog patterns since I did the Christmas felt ornament. I even found a scottie dog crochet hot pad pattern I will show when I finish....too cute! I started another doily..."World of Contrasts" by Glendola Hodges. Found in an old Decorative Crochet Magazine #17. Using #20 thread and #9 hook.

New project Christmas ornament

You may remember last year's felt ornaments were the ice skates with the paper clips for the blades. This year I'm making the felt Scottie dogs from a pattern on allsorts website
