Have you seen this?

I found this neat potholder pattern on ravelry...it is very functional and the technique or stitch makes it so thick you don't have to make two layers. The free pattern is on= blogs.the tucker.com, under her crochet section. And look at the crochet book I found at Dollar Tree! I have been admiring these patterns online. They are large hotpads or just for decoration, very unusual patterns.

The potholder/doilies are beautiful. I like the way they framed one. I have often thought that I should frame some of mine and try to sell them. Most people don't want to use them on table tops any more but I bet they would use them for wall decor if the they are nicely framed.

I love your little saucers and Homer Laughlin is one of my favorite dish makers. I use a lot of plates on my walls for decor. Their just to pretty to hide in a cabinet or risk getting chipped by kids who are in a hurry to unload the dishwasher.

One day I'll post pics of my kitchen, all the wall decor in it are plates.
